As a matter of policy, we generally pick up only those personnel who are interested to adopt security and safety management field as their career. To maintain professionalism, work ethics, dedication and discipline, we also encourage employment of retired personnel of Police, Army and Paramilitary forces. We organise periodical recruitment rallies in various cities of India, villages and towns after intensive advertisement and publicity. We also encourage recruitment through word of mouth publicity of our employees as well as from our customer base.
Utmost attention is paid towards selection of young, well built, tall and well educated young aspirants as security or allied services personnel. Young, well built, physically robust and highly qualified (Graduates) candidates having leadership are enrolled as Supervisors, junior level officers and midlevel officers in Guarding, Cash management and Facility management services field.
All new recruits are put through their foundational training at our in house training establishment ‘Federal Defence Academy’ located in (Uttar Pradesh) as per the norms prescribed in Private Security Agencies Regulation Act. Our high profile training staff is drawn from Military / Paramilitary, Police and Civil services. We provide basic training in Security etiquettes, Fire safety and First level medical assistance to each young entrant. We also conduct onsite / offsite refresher courses on regular intervals.
The salary of our employees is disbursed through banks and they are issued wi th their personal ATM cards. To comply with the local labour laws and other statutory compliances prescribed by the Central/State Governments, employees are alloted their individual EPFC and ESIC accounts. In addition to pay, they are also paid gratuity, bonus, HRA, Uniform and conveyance allowances. The employees are also issued their individual monthly pay slips for verification of payments.
We believe in golden philosophy of things not checked are not done. To this end in view, we maintain a central control room at our corporate headquarters to monitor our pan India operational activities on 24x7x365 basis. The control room is manned by a core team of dedicated professionals who maintain 24×7 fool proof and seamless connectivity with field teams through voice, data and video connectivity. The control room also serves as a one point enquiry cum grievances red resal nodal point for our valued customers. In case of any unforeseen eventuality, the control room guides the field teams, arranges reaction capabilities and also serves as a co- ordination point between the operational teams and our valued customers.
To maintain optimum level of efficiency of operations and quality of our services, we have introduced an inbuilt mechanism of checking of the sites where personnel are deployed under supervision by the zonal Area Supervisors / Area Officers who are always equipped with Motorbikes, Smart phones and Wireless transceivers during check. To ensure round the clock alertness of the guards, particularly during night, special vehicle based mobile supervisory teams, who remain in
constant touch with the central control room through Wireless Sets / Mobile Phone, carry out surprise checks of the sites randomly.
We maintain specially trained Quick Reaction T eams and back up reserve at our control rooms of high density deployed stations to react to crunch situations at the premises under our supervision. While the QRT s are employed to tackle the contingencies, the backup reserve is maintained to reinforce the sites to meet their unforeseen requirements on specific requisition of our clients.
We attach great value towards the feedback received from our valued customers. As part of our relationship exercise with our customers , periodical meetings are organised to identify their complaints/suggetions. Our Relationship Managers maintain constant liaison with our customers, take action on their feedback and thereafter revert back to them for confirmation. As an inbuilt system, a computerized web based feedback/complaint redressal input has been introduced in our website where the complaints of the customers are registered, compiled and processed in a time bound manner.
